The Fragments of the Republican Roman Orators (FRRO) is a five-year project, funded by the European Research Council, to collect, edit and translate the surviving evidence for public speech during the Roman Republic by men other than Cicero.
The project team is supported by an international Advisory Board.
In addition to the edition of the Fragments, the project will organise a number of colloquia to discuss the implications of this material for the study of Roman rhetoric and political history.
